Cathy or Kathy has no people's skill and is very unprofessional. I was called and accused of being a no show even though I sent an email and I left a voice message. I called the office to advise them that I do not appreciate them labeling me as a no show. I asked to speak to the manager to express my dissatisfaction because Cathy decides to raise her voice at me and tells me she is closing my file with no care in the world to complete my final visit to finalize the settings.

This clinic is very unprofessional in their treatment of their clients. They are very quick to response to your referral and give you and appointment. However after your sleep appointment you spend months waiting to hear the results. When called to speak with the staff they are unapologetic and basically you are told that is just how things are deal with it. I would never go again or recommend this place to anyone.

Very nice welcome and staff but: At the time I was supposed to sleep, another patient arrived in a room close to mine and was speaking on the phone with the phone speaker on. He kept speaking up to the time he slept and nobody told him to stop or to at least close his bedroom door. Then he slept, woke up at 4h15 (AM of course) and started to speak again on his phone with the speaker! How come it is accepted for patient to phone between 10PM and 6AM!!!! Very disappointing experience...

As a long time CPAP user (20 plus years), I have seen many sleep clinics and this was one of the nicest. The care was very good with the night staff doing their best to be sure I was looked after. The reception staff was all business, however it was very busy when I was there. The doctor was informative and worked out many of my issues. Overall a good experience. MT

I have been here twice and both times had an excellent experience. The place has had a renovation and is very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. I mentioned to my technician that I was hot and she brought me a fan. There's nice new, clean showers in the bathrooms and televisions in the bedrooms. Overall both times I went there I had great experiences doing sleep studies that are not comfortable to begin with.

really poor staff

Dr. Yuen is helpful and professional. That is, if you can get to her. Her secretary/receptionist is rude and acts like she owns the place. On several occasions I have witnessed an abject lack of professionalism, and breach of confidentiality by berating a patient over the phone about his disuse of his machine. She stated his name for all to hear in the waiting room. She also refused to make an appointment with the doc for me cuz she thought my inquiry had no merit. Just awful.

I wish I had read previous reviews here so that I could have stayed miles away from this place :( unwelcoming, not so professional, night staffs with demanding attitude. I feel like their main purpose to swipe your OHIP and get paid. That's it. Definitely a terrible experience.

My experience was similar to the other reviewers: The employees were grumpy and unhelpful. One man had a hissy fit when I asked for an extra blanket. I wasn't warned that sticky goo would be put in my hair, and didn't bring a towel to shower. I only found out after that towels & soap were provided. There were no mirrors in the room and I had no time to clean up before I was kicked out. In a follow up phone call I asked to get my results at my doctor's office and the employee hung up on me.

Horrible experience! I was the last person to leave in the morning, woke me up at 6:45 a.m. Didn't want me to shower. Washrooms cleaned already. No towels/soap, or floor mat provided. I slipped on the wet tiled floor. As leaving tech stated "sorry for my ignorance, but I have children at home and my husband has to leave for work". That's not my problem. I was out the door in 15 minutes with wet hair in the cold. This place should be investigated.

The worst medical center I have seen in Canada, no highly-trained staff, no skilled doctors, the poorest customer service, impolite secretaries ...Actually, they want to charge OHIP but no care about patients, I do NOT recommend this to any human-beings
