Melonhead Children's Hair Care

I visited this place with my 2 daughters this week without an appointment. They squeezed us in between appointments and both my girls had a haircut. The older onesones haircut is alright but the 2 year olds is horrific. It was a simple haircut which just turned out horrible. Uneven cut. The bangs are cut too far behind the ears. Absolutely awful. And all my family members commented on how bad the cut is. I could have done better myself. Next time dont accept clients if you cant do a decent job.

Rose gave my 10 mo. old son a great haircut and was very sweet. (Quick hands and very patient!) I was worried after reading reviews describing the poor customer service but even the receptionist was friendly and chatted while I paid.

Horrible- Will never go back to this place again

I have taken my one year old daughter to Melond Head in Promenade Mall(Thornhill)last sunday. Unfortunately I was shocked and very disappointed by the customer service. I took my daughter there for her first hair cut on the advice of a family friend. Being a mother, it was very important to have my daughter’s first hair cut an exceptional moment, memorable for us. My friend had told me that melon head provides a certificate for the first time cut and some of the hair of the baby along with some discount for the first time visitor. None of the above happened. The worst thing of all these was the way the receptionist behaved. She was rude and not friendly. She was serving us while eating potato chips, talking on the phone and shaking hand to get credit card for charge. She did not even ask if it was our first visit. Did not have an eye contact and did not talk in a nice way. We will definitely not return to any melon head salon and will not recommend this to anyone.

Rude receptionist, rude stylist, To this day of my life I had never experienced this kind of retail customer service. Please don't take your precious kids to this location. Horrible customer service.
