I was recently in a car accident, and my insurance company sent me to Fix Auto. Having been in a few accidents before, I can honestly say this was the most supportive and helpful experience I’ve ever had.
From the moment I arrived, Jaime made me feel comfortable and assured me that everything would be taken care of. He handled all communication with my insurance company, arranged a ride to the local car rental, and even spoke directly with the insurance agent on my behalf.
Throughout the process, Sharron kept me updated by text, letting me know exactly what was happening with my car. The level of communication and teamwork at Fix Auto St. Catharines was incredible. What’s usually a stressful, frustrating experience turned out to be seamless and surprisingly positive.

Couldn't ask for any better service. 5 stars from the moment you call to arrange an appointment. The costumer service once you walk through the door until your vehicle is return to you. The overall repairs that are completed is outstanding.
