I contacted Dave when the previous Spa repair service left me with a non-functional spa. I was at my wits end and about to give up. I called and Dave came out same day and with assistance from his wife and son were able to fix the problem from an incorrectly installed circuit board. I highly recommend this company, they were fast, efficient and a pleasure to deal with unlike the other spa company that was anything but 'spectacular'. Thanks Dave, Rita and Daniel.

As a first-time hot tub owner, there have been many mistakes made with respect to balancing and maintaining proper water chemistry. Thankfully, the very patient staff of Niagara Hot Tubs were always there to offer their expert advice to remedy the situation with easy to follow, step by step instructions.

Had a fibre glass pool installed last year, with a hot tub and additional concrete work. My wife and I are very happy with the finished product which has made our backyard an oasis. Couldn’t be happier

We emailed and left messages with a number of hot tub companies... Premium Wholesale was far above with excellent service. We spoke to a gentleman Orville who was so pleasant and looked into info for us and was the best.... We called the office and Cheryl who answers the phone (YES answers the phone) was just as pleasant and helpful.. WE would strongly recommend this company any time... We are seniors and they where so helpful and took time to help.. Thank you Orville at Premium Warehouse :)

The employees were very helpful, I had very little to no water pressure, they stayed on the phone with me and went through all the possibilities of a solution before setting a site visit, we were able to find the problem, resolve it without the need for a service call.

I've always found the staff very knowledgeable and ready to help they keep you on the computer system to make things easier. I love using Bio Guard and have never ever had problems. My pool is exceptional as well as my hot tub. Being on the system makes it easier to assess my water quickly and give me my chemicals and recipe to balance the pool for my season. 20 ys of dealing here cant be wrong.

Simply amazing. I frantically called on Monday morning after running the cisterns from my gravity-fed well completely dry from watering the grass (little did I know it was about to rain). Steward arrived a few short hours later, fixed it in a jiffy and adjusted my pump for better water pressure. He was amazing. As was the gentlemen who took my call, since he was very knowledgable and knew just what needed to happen. I will never call anyone else.

Had my pool closed the other days by the Pool Store. Trevor and his partner did a very good job. They answered all my questions regarding the closing and solved all the problems that came along during the process of closing. I am recommending the team to anyone who is closing/opening the poll. They also installed the liner back in June and had no complains at that time either . Good job!
