The staff was patient and helpful. My son had his wisdom teeth removed and was very confused, but they demonstrated a lot of patience in how they spoke with him. The only thing that could be improved upon is the option for direct billing. I know it isn’t without its challenges, but it does make accessing the service a little simpler. Dr. Octavian is a dentist who is not only very good at what he is doing but he also has the latest technology available. That is reflected in the quality of the work and the less time required (compared with other dentists) to complete the work. He is, in my opinion, the best dentist in London. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Shimizu did an excellent job on my wisdom teeth for multiple members in my family and I told him I would not be able to have a follow up the next week ad I would be out of the city and just now at 9pm at night he went out of his way to call me and see how my teeth were. Incredibly caring doctor and very insightful on the few follow up questions I had about care for my mouth.

Professional support from Dr. Wilk and his staff. High tech equipment; 3D imaging equipment and the means to produce crowns directly in the on site lab. I was amazed; I had a tooth with a large cavity where the filling had dislodged. The tooth was prepared, shaped, scanned and the crown produced and installed all in one 2 hour visit !
The cost was extremely reasonable and much lower than I expected. Dr. Wilk's knowledge and experience is exceptional.

I was referred to Spring Dentistry by a family friend and was not disappointed. Staff was friendly, helpful and professional. Dr. Al-Janabi was thorough when it came to getting a tooth extracted. I can honestly say that Dr. Pallo is the best dentist I have ever been in the care of.
His office is always spotless. It does smell like a dentists office though. (Which actually makes sense due to how sanitary everything always is.)
His staff is the kind and professional. Dr. Pallo, himself, is very nice and a fountain of information.
At no point in the 20+ years I have been going here have I ever left feeling less then satisfied with my visit or like I was bamboozled.

I'm really thankful for Dr. Gunitskiy and his team that they could get me in so quickly when I was in pain. My left jaw was sore for almost 1 week prior me calling Dr. Gunitskiy's office. I was greeted by a very kind and pleasant receptionist. My entire experience at the office was superb. The friendliest people that I have ever met that genuinely care about you and your well being. They treated me well, fair and recommended good treatment, and that's why they have been my dentist ever since!

I previously wrote a scathing review about this place when I had lost all hope but I was wrong. The staff of Interface do care about their patients post surgery. A double jaw surgery left me with mysterious chronic ET problems. I live with an alternating case of ETD and PET now and have spent the last couple years searching for answers. If you are thinking about having a jaw surgery done, consider that there can be serious risks. But I believe you can trust the staff here to do their best.

Had to bring my daughter in for a dental emergency and they were honestly amazing. They got us in super fast and were so gentle and patient with her. She was nervous at first but left smiling!
