Called for frozen sewer, got the info I needed fast. They gave me an ETA. They showed up, went to work, 30 minutes later everything was cleared out. They gave us tips on how to prevent freeze ups in the future when we go on vacation.
Amazing service. Won't go with anyone else unless they're unavailable.

Calling the store by phone was not the greatest but going into the store is pretty great. I been there lots and always had great service and the people are knowledgeable on what they sell, they usually have what I am looking for. One time one of the sales people went far beyond what he had to when I bought a wi-fi extender. He spent 20 minutes explaining everything to me that I did not understand and when I asked if I could call him when I set this up in my house he gave me his personal number.

Capital Towing SAVED US. We got a flat outside of Destruction Bay and barely made it to Haines Junction. The tow truck driver drove all the way to pick us up and transport us and our car to Whitehorse. Upon arrival, the owner had a plan already figured out. He put our car on a moving van and flew us all the way down to Edmonton, where MINI was sending our car. He made reservations for our flight and even lent us one of their vehicles to get around! I just wanted to give shout out to the staff at Central Auto and Truck parts. My left hand rear window got smashed this morning. They took my car in right away and I had it back in a few hours. All broken glass was cleaned up and looking perfect. Very reasonably priced too!!
