Unsure of those other reviews on here. I've relied on this store for 5 years now. The owner, and other senior staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Never had an issue on returns either.

Was always a home depot shopper due to its proximity to my house.one day i decided to go to lowes cz they had a good deal on bbq. The customer service was phenominal. I was greeted as soon as i arrived by a young and ready to help associate. I ended up buying more than just bbqs. Never goin back to HD again,u never get this kinda service there. Cheers Lowes!

been using that store for years. new location is great. they now have M&M meatshop products.
I m very cheap...lol. when i shop around they consistently have lower prices then everyone.. they will order any product from the website. takes a few days within a week.
I wear my mask as it is my personnal choice. some staff have them some don t I respect their choice as they respect mine.
I d rather not shop there...for personnal reasons tbh...but my cheapness outweigh my personnal feelings.

Support from manager of store ( Bill ) is fantastic! Purcchased a ROK meat grinder and had a few concerns with warranty and some missing parts from box. He got on telephone immediately, and even did some searching on the web to address a few questions he did not have answers for. Would not hesitate to shop here again, unlike some other retailers went the extra mile to take care of the problem and did it all the while in a friendly manner.

Anthony served us and not only took us to the aisles where the products we were looking for were located, but, when one item not in stock, checked to see when the item would be in as well as other stores close by that did have the item in stock. Staff are expert at matching paint from even a tiny sample, and they carry quality Para and Benjamin Moore paints and a host of specialty paints and primers. Also al kinds of brushes, rollers, sandpaper, etc. to meet every situation.

Finally, we have decided to make renovation in our house.We've done our research and have found Laqfoil ltd. We chose some interesting projects from their portfolio and called to their office to request a quote. In arranged time the installer came, took measurements and calculated the cost of our ceiling. It was so fast installation, no need to move the furniture out of the room, no mess and dust as you have with drywall installation and painting, large selection of colours.

Today April 4 2019 I went to the Orillia Home Depot to get replacement tiles for flooring I purchased approximately 4-5 years ago to find out that the Allure brand was not available in store or on the Internet. I was sent to the flooring department and sat down with Lawrence a part-time employee who went above and beyond to help me. After over an hour of him searching and making phones calls he did it. Very reliable company, thats honest, stayed on schedule and provided great quality work! The BMC team truly went above and beyond to meet our needs to get the job done in a timely manner and we couldnt be happier with the end result.
