We picked up a large snow blower Nov.18,2018.at the Newmarket Store. Three young men and a supervisor on his way out stopped to load this machine. No easy task.They gave 110%. Polite, willing , diligent. We finally got it in. They went beyond & deserve to be acknowledged.

I had car trouble on Friday and drove directly to Canadian Tire for help. They were able to fit me in an I had great service from Steve K in the shop. He spoke to me in plain English and presented the options and outcomes. After he fixed the problem, he let me see the work. Repair work is unpleasant at the best of times, but I really appreciated and respected the quality of work and customer service Steve and the team provided at this store. I will go back next time I need help. Thanks

Because the store is overloaded with merchandise it's challenging to know where, what you need is. I usually I find an employee or especially the manager who seems to know where everything is, and she is VERY willing to help. Terry.

I would like to tell you about my experience with Linda at your Bradford store. She was great and a big help to my husband and I were looking for all that we would need for a new puppy. She knew what we needed and she helped us get a new bed, food and toys for the new addition. She was friendly and knew what we needed and had a great sense of humour as well. Such great experiences every time I go in, Ashley always takes good care of us and is so knowledgeable! We have had our sectional for over 5 years and it still looks brand new. I leave it outside all year and have had no issues whatsoever. Excellent quality products and wonderful service. Will be back in April for a dining set!

I purchased some chairs from this company that did not wear well. Within a day of my reporting the matter to Brian, he contacted the manufacturer and requested that I send a photo of the damaged chairs. I did so and within a very short time received a message that the faulty chairs would be replaced and shipped to me at no cost. Brian was prompt, courteous, professional and accommodating - I was very impressed with his service.

The guy in electronics is awesome. I bought an expensive Magellan GPS backup camera and GPS, but the GPS thought it was in California. The electronics head took it outside, reprogrammed it and it worked. I find the staff very friendly and helpful.
