Where do I start...The professionalism, compassion & guidance both Clay & Kieron exhibited made what is one of the most difficult periods of my life much easier. Every question I had was answered no matter what time of day. My Dad wasnt religious at all and although that is not the norm they completely made his vision come true. This all happened during the Covid-19 pandemic & every conceivable safety measure was in place. I can't thank you enough.

The Kipling location has served my family twice. There was a different person attending to all our needs and questions. Both provided information as to options and costs. At no time did we feel any pressure to request services beyond what we had in mind on arrival.
The staff was professional, courteous, and understanding.
Although the reason for going there is a sad one, yet the environment is bright and uplifting.

What a welcome service this is. These days, funerals have become so impersonal and 'business-like' that bringing them back into the Church, where we bade our loved ones 'farewell' as they embark on their final journey, is very comforting.. The cost of funerals are so horrendous, it's almost cruel but, thank God, Affordable Funeral Services Inc. seems to have some compassion for those left behind to bear this expense. The kindness and compassion that was shown to us was next level. Myself and my partner Jason have never been through a process of losing a parent before. Sadly, we lost our Mother/MIL very suddenly and there were no plans in place. We went into this with zero knowledge about what needed to be done. Hi I recently visited my grandparents resting site after 20 years as I live overseas. I got the address from my uncle and rented a car . The place was very inspiring and well maintained went i arrived and it didn't feel like a cemetery indeed... or at least like how they normally are. The office were very helpful in getting the details of the location and after some hot coffee, we were escorted to the site. They left us alone and I thanked them. thank you Highlands !!

Just wanted to thank these guys for taking a great care of my dad's funeral. Me and my mom have zero experience with dealing with these kind of situations. They took care of absolutely everything. They gave lots of good suggestions and advises, and were very professional. I had a couple of break downs, and they have handled it very well. Professional and compassionate service. Thanks to Stephen (manager) and the rest of the stuff for being there for us.
