My 2013 CRV had its engine actuator replaced which became faulty later. Frank (proprietor) replaced it with no cost to me. He could have easily charged me. He is very honest, knowledgeable and family oriented. I can recommend him to anybody looking for a good and honest repair facility in Ottawa.

This place was able to help me when no other mechanic was able to (6 different shops and 1 dealership). My issue was with locking lug nuts where the key was damaged. Every other mechanic told me that their bolt extractors wouldn't work on my rims because there wasn't enough space to latch onto the bolts. They said they'd have to drill into the bolt, and possibly damage my rims in the process (either cosmetically or to the point where they'd have to be replaced). The dealership told me the person

These guys are every good,fair and honest as good as my friend suggest. I brought in my 2009 Toyota Camry , knowing there was some work that needed to be done. They did it for $450 lower then the original quote that i got elsewhere . I was informed throughout the process and given best case and worst case scenarios and they were very honest in all of their dealings with me.

Honest and fair. The owner has fixed both my and my husbands cars since he opened several years ago. We have never been disappointed, and he gives us options when they are available. He has even helped us out as he was closing! Thank goodness it was a quick fix!

I visited Little's on Thursday, February 23rd, 2012 to have my brake pads replaced and a belt squeak checked out. The management and the mechanics were professional and friendly, the prices were very reasonable, and they were able to fix up the car very quickly and on short notice. The final amount was below what was quoted to me and the car is running great. Worth the drive out from Ottawa - I'll be back for sure. Definitely recommend!

I had both my front ball joints done, a wheel bearing fixed, brakes and had two new tires put on...Unbelievable job and the price was unbeatable. Now I know why my friend recommended this place to me. I'll never go anywhere else again. Once you've had auto repair work done at Beaver Auto you'll see why I took the time to write this review. (I didn't rate convenience at 5 stars because I live in Orleans and they are in the St. Laurent area, but it was well worth the 10-15 minute minute drive)

I highly recommend Euro Pro Automotives for your mechanic needs. Very knowledgeable and fair priced mechanic. He goes above and beyond to fix up cars. I have been going here for the last 15 years, and there never has been any issues. Even purchased a couple cars off of him, as he is very well connected in the industry. When I need a very expensive part to be replaced on one of my vehicles, he went to a Pick and Pull yard, and found the part I needed for a fraction of the cost.
