I never leave reviews, this is a first. I am so happy to live in a community with local companies like this one. I called Reynolds this morning, I didn't have heat in the house. I was told that there day was full and they wouldn't be able to make it over. I was expecting a next day appt. Instead, I was asked a few questions over the phone. Then walked through a few steps. 5 minutes later I got the furnace going and the heat back on. This cost me nothing. This will obviously not always be the case, but from now on my friends, family and I will be calling Reynolds. Thanks again

Brandon is an absolute pleasure to deal with, professional, friendly, helpful, very knowledgeable and most importantly provided a thorough explanation of what was being done. He didnt rush through the job and took his time to troubleshoot and diagnose my AC problem. I have been using services plus since 2014 and they have been always excellent. The receptionists are always courteous and prompt to return my calls. The technicians were always on time or even earlier, and they take the time to answer my questions and explain the results of the furnace and AC tune up. Services Plus replaced my furnace and did an excellent job at selecting the right furnace for my house. Highly recommend!
