I am very impressed with these guys. That's really rare to happen. From the first meeting to the testing point of the installed water heater everything was done in the timely manner. I never leave reviews, this is a first. I am so happy to live in a community with local companies like this one. I called Reynolds this morning, I didn't have heat in the house. I was told that there day was full and they wouldn't be able to make it over. I was expecting a next day appt. Instead, I was asked a few questions over the phone. Then walked through a few steps. 5 minutes later I got the furnace going and the heat back on. This cost me nothing. This will obviously not always be the case, but from now on my friends, family and I will be calling Reynolds. Thanks again Lire plus

We have lived in Newmarket for over 25 years (in the same house as well) S R. Gillis has installed and serviced our air conditioning and furnace when we need anything to be done. Our furnace was over 30 years old and finally had to be replaced. Stan and his employees were so helpful during this time. The temperature was -17c and Stan was quick to drop off some extra heaters to help us through the cold couple of days while they were working to get everything up and running even with the limited working space in our 1886 cellar!
