this should actually a ZERO star rating, but you can't select no stars. My son, who is Down syndrome, autistic and non-verbal was forced to use this taxis service as part of the Handi-Dart system's busy policy. He was being dropped off at his home share providers home and Handi-darts policy states a door to door hand off, which was not done. instead of the driver walking my son to the front door, he/she/it dropped him off in an alley near the house (in the rain) and the driver left. my son w
