The ribs were supposed to be excellent, but were very disappointing. The prices are too high and the service is not acceptable. I was very overwhelmed by the low quality and poor service. I will not return.
I've been for lunch several times (not by my choice). The food is okay, but way over priced. The dining room is open to the kitchen. I've seen a cook reach into the bin of french fries and eat a hand full. Low value for the money.
We got there on time for our reservations and were seated promptly. The waiter was not able to talk over the noise of the crowd and could not look us in the eyes but kept looking at the ceiling. The food was mediocre and overpriced. I had the Surf and Turf at $39.95. The meat was ok but the jumbo shrimps were overcooked and tasteless. We proceeded to desserts and coffee and were chatting over our coffees when the manager came and requested we vacate the table because of other reservations for the next seating. We had only been there for 1 1/2 hr so far. Even the offer of free drinks at the bar did not make us feel better. We all left with a very bad memory of our time there.
Will not recommend to anyone.
Their 'famous' ribs were just ok.
The service was horrible.
We were first seated beside a loud crowd. Asked to be moved and they put is in a cubicle near the center.
The servers argued in front of us as to who would handle us.
We ordered a few beers to start. Then ten minutes later (no beer yet) the appetizer and the ribs. I guess they wanted to push and turn the table over.
The food came first (still no beer) even before the appetizer.
Even then it took loud yelling to get the servers attention. Where is the beer?
His excuse for the beer as that certain brands are served at one end of the restaurant and others at the other end and he didn't have time. Our fault for ordering different brands I guess.
When the appetizer came after the meal had been served, when questioned 'guess there was a mix up'. Must have been our fault for ordering and appetizer.
The ribs, you got plenty but I've had much better elsewhere. Average.
We've written this one off. To expensive for what you get.
